1 Samuel 2:9

There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength. An horse is a vain thing for safety: neither shall he deliver any by his great strength.

For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways. They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

But the children of the kingdom shall be cast out into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber.

Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Ye that love the LORD, hate evil: he preserveth the souls of his saints; he delivereth them out of the hand of the wicked.

Yea, he loved the people; all his saints are in thy hand: and they sat down at thy feet; every one shall receive of thy words.

When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.

All his days also he eateth in darkness, and he hath much sorrow and wrath with his sickness.

And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation, and shalt not sin. thy tabernacle...: or, peace is thy tabernacle sin: or, err

For the LORD loveth judgment, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved for ever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. ordered: or, established Though he fall, he shall not be utterly cast down: for the LORD upholdeth him with his hand.
