2 Timothy 3:15

When I call to remembrance the unfeigned faith that is in thee, which dwelt first in thy grandmother Lois, and thy mother Eunice; and I am persuaded that in thee also.

Thou through thy commandments hast made me wiser than mine enemies: for they are ever with me. they...: Heb. it is ever with me I have more understanding than all my teachers: for thy testimonies are my meditation.

Knowing this first, that no prophecy of the scripture is of any private interpretation. For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spake as they were moved by the Holy Ghost. in old time: or, at any time

I love them that love me; and those that seek me early shall find me.

Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

To him give all the prophets witness, that through his name whosoever believeth in him shall receive remission of sins.

But now is made manifest, and by the scriptures of the prophets, according to the commandment of the everlasting God, made known to all nations for the obedience of faith:

Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it. Train...: or, Catechise in...: Heb. in his way

The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. law: or, doctrine converting: or, restoring

For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:

For in the resurrection they neither marry, nor are given in marriage, but are as the angels of God in heaven.

And beginning at Moses and all the prophets, he expounded unto them in all the scriptures the things concerning himself.
