Exodus 3:11

And David said unto Saul, Who am I? and what is my life, or my father's family in Israel, that I should be son in law to the king?

And Moses spake before the LORD, saying, Behold, the children of Israel have not hearkened unto me; how then shall Pharaoh hear me, who am of uncircumcised lips?

Not that we are sufficient of ourselves to think any thing as of ourselves; but our sufficiency is of God;

Then said I, Ah, Lord GOD! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child.

Give therefore thy servant an understanding heart to judge thy people, that I may discern between good and bad: for who is able to judge this thy so great a people? understanding: Heb. hearing

And when he was full forty years old, it came into his heart to visit his brethren the children of Israel. And seeing one of them suffer wrong, he defended him, and avenged him that was oppressed, and smote the Egyptian: For he supposed his brethren would have understood how that God by his hand would deliver them: but they understood not. To the one we are the savour of death unto death; and to the other the savour of life unto life. And who is sufficient for these things?
