John 10:34

I have said, Ye are gods; and all of you are children of the most High. But ye shall die like men, and fall like one of the princes.

[A Psalm of David.] I will praise thee with my whole heart: before the gods will I sing praise unto thee.

And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.

[A Psalm of Asaph.] God standeth in the congregation of the mighty; he judgeth among the gods. of Asaph: or, for Asaph

But this cometh to pass, that the word might be fulfilled that is written in their law, They hated me without a cause.

And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, even he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God.

Thou shalt not revile the gods, nor curse the ruler of thy people. gods: or, judges

The people answered him, We have heard out of the law that Christ abideth for ever: and how sayest thou, The Son of man must be lifted up? who is this Son of man?

It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true.

As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one: There is none that understandeth, there is none that seeketh after God. They are all gone out of the way, they are together become unprofitable; there is none that doeth good, no, not one. Their throat is an open sepulchre; with their tongues they have used deceit; the poison of asps is under their lips: Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness: Their feet are swift to shed blood: Destruction and misery are in their ways: And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes. Now we know that what things soever the law saith, it saith to them who are under the law: that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. guilty...: or, subject to the judgment of God
