Judges 3:15

When he slew them, then they sought him: and they returned and enquired early after God.

And when the children of Israel cried unto the LORD, the LORD raised up a deliverer to the children of Israel, who delivered them, even Othniel the son of Kenaz, Caleb's younger brother. deliverer: Heb. saviour

They were armed with bows, and could use both the right hand and the left in hurling stones and shooting arrows out of a bow, even of Saul's brethren of Benjamin.

Among all this people there were seven hundred chosen men lefthanded; every one could sling stones at an hair breadth, and not miss.

Hearken not to Hezekiah: for thus saith the king of Assyria, Make an agreement with me by a present, and come out to me: and eat ye every one of his vine, and every one of his fig tree, and drink ye every one the waters of his own cistern; Make...: or, Seek my favour by a present: Heb. A gift in secret pacifieth anger: and a reward in the bosom strong wrath.

Many will intreat the favour of the prince: and every man is a friend to him that giveth gifts. him...: Heb. a man of gifts

Make us glad according to the days wherein thou hast afflicted us, and the years wherein we have seen evil.
