Luke 6:13

And he called unto him the twelve, and began to send them forth by two and two; and gave them power over unclean spirits;

And the apostles gathered themselves together unto Jesus, and told him all things, both what they had done, and what they had taught.

And the wall of the city had twelve foundations, and in them the names of the twelve apostles of the Lamb.

And he goeth up into a mountain, and calleth unto him whom he would: and they came unto him. And he ordained twelve, that they should be with him, and that he might send them forth to preach, And to have power to heal sicknesses, and to cast out devils: And Simon he surnamed Peter; And James the son of Zebedee, and John the brother of James; and he surnamed them Boanerges, which is, The sons of thunder: And Andrew, and Philip, and Bartholomew, and Matthew, and Thomas, and James the son of Alphaeus, and Thaddaeus, and Simon the Canaanite, And Judas Iscariot, which also betrayed him: and they went into an house. into...: or, home

And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;

And when they were come in, they went up into an upper room, where abode both Peter, and James, and John, and Andrew, Philip, and Thomas, Bartholomew, and Matthew, James the son of Alphaeus, and Simon Zelotes, and Judas the brother of James.

Then he called his twelve disciples together, and gave them power and authority over all devils, and to cure diseases. And he sent them to preach the kingdom of God, and to heal the sick.

And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;

That ye may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom, and sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel.

But when he saw the multitudes, he was moved with compassion on them, because they fainted, and were scattered abroad, as sheep having no shepherd. fainted...: or, were tired and lay down

That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:
