Proverbs 23:23

Again, the kingdom of heaven is like unto treasure hid in a field; the which when a man hath found, he hideth, and for joy thereof goeth and selleth all that he hath, and buyeth that field.

The heart of the prudent getteth knowledge; and the ear of the wise seeketh knowledge.

Who, when he had found one pearl of great price, went and sold all that he had, and bought it.

Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth. Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee. Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.

But where shall wisdom be found? and where is the place of understanding? Man knoweth not the price thereof; neither is it found in the land of the living. The depth saith, It is not in me: and the sea saith, It is not with me. It cannot be gotten for gold, neither shall silver be weighed for the price thereof. It...: Heb. Therefore I love thy commandments above gold; yea, above fine gold.

How much better is it to get wisdom than gold! and to get understanding rather to be chosen than silver!

The law of thy mouth is better unto me than thousands of gold and silver.

Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
