Psalms 142:7

I will sing unto the LORD, because he hath dealt bountifully with me.

Which executeth judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food to the hungry. The LORD looseth the prisoners:

Quicken me, O LORD, for thy name's sake: for thy righteousness' sake bring my soul out of trouble.

And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

GIMEL. Deal bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, and keep thy word.

When mine enemies are turned back, they shall fall and perish at thy presence.

They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; because I have hoped in thy word.

I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength: Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand. from: or, by Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps. Thy wrath lieth hard upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves. Selah. Thou hast put away mine acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination unto them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.

My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad.

The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound;

Save me from the lion's mouth: for thou hast heard me from the horns of the unicorns. I will declare thy name unto my brethren: in the midst of the congregation will I praise thee. Ye that fear the LORD, praise him; all ye the seed of Jacob, glorify him; and fear him, all ye the seed of Israel. For he hath not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; neither hath he hid his face from him; but when he cried unto him, he heard. My praise shall be of thee in the great congregation: I will pay my vows before them that fear him. The meek shall eat and be satisfied: they shall praise the LORD that seek him: your heart shall live for ever. All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD: and all the kindreds of the nations shall worship before thee.
