Psalms 18:19

I called upon the LORD in distress: the LORD answered me, and set me in a large place. in distress: Heb. out of distress

And hast not shut me up into the hand of the enemy: thou hast set my feet in a large room.

The steps of a good man are ordered by the LORD: and he delighteth in his way. ordered: or, established

Blessed be the LORD thy God, which delighted in thee, to set thee on the throne of Israel: because the LORD loved Israel for ever, therefore made he thee king, to do judgment and justice.

He delivered me from my strong enemy, and from them that hated me: for they were too strong for me. They prevented me in the day of my calamity: but the LORD was my stay. He brought me forth also into a large place: he delivered me, because he delighted in me. The LORD rewarded me according to my righteousness: according to the cleanness of my hands hath he recompensed me. For I have kept the ways of the LORD, and have not wickedly departed from my God. For all his judgments were before me: and as for his statutes, I did not depart from them.
